"Miquel was AMAZING! It was super busy this am and he was not only professional & knowledgeable with all the different customer needs, he was friendly, cheerful, and soo efficient! I know- I was on hold for 40” with my insurance company to resend a label that came through wrong! He was working alone and made each of us feel like we mattered! "Miguel showcased what not to do when you are in customer service. He's rude, snarky, and should not be a manager. Beware this store will change terms of hours without posting and Miguel will simply say "not my problem", even with 50 minutes to go before they close."

"So I got to say, very positive for Miguel and his staff. I came in for a Live Scan, notary, passport photos, returning an Amazon package and shipping out a box. Miguel and his team had me in and out in 15 minutes. We had good laughs about the reviews. You got to think to yourself after all the bad reviews, if he was really that terrible the owner wouldn't keep him here would he?"

"I have forever given this store five stars. I have gone here since they opened. Yesterday I was treated with so much disrespect by two employees I will never step foot in this store again. The blatant disregard for a customer was shocking. Unfortunate that this happened and I can no longer recommend this location to anyone. I wish the owner still worked in the store, he never would have allowed this treatment to happen. Spoke to UPS direct and the the UPS store corporate who said the employees were completely in the wrong. Very sad."
