"I came in to establish a post mailbox service and when I informed the fair skinned gentleman of my request, the gentleman the. Replied “oh sorry, I don’t know how to do mailboxes, you’re going to have to come back tomorrow”.. Ups lost my money."

"This is the only location i come to. Very efficient and fast customer service. Big thanks to the employee dede who is always nice and has a smile. she helps me when needed and always gets the line down very fast. Sometimes I struggle to stand for a long time but she manages to get the line down very fast especially when the line is out the door. I couldn't find a code for an Amazon return and she found it for me. Thanks dede you're the best."

"I've lived in Oakley for almost 12 years and did not even know this UPS Store existed here! It's like the best secret found! I no longer have to drive out to Brentwood/Sandcreek. They offer multiple services like post office mail boxes, packaging, notary services and more. The staff were very friendly and easy. You can run in and out in 5 mins (considering there's not a long line). Only negative is they need better signs to show their presence!!!"
