"Owner is extremely rude and aggressive! I barely could finish my sentence and he would cut me off and raised his voice. I showed him I had an email from FedEx stating my package is to be picked up from his address and he kept being aggressive saying no packages are to be picked up from his location. Instead of politely trying to help me he acted completely out of line. His place is dirty and cluttered to go along with his dirty grumpy attitude. What a miserable man!"

"I like this place! An elderly gentleman helped me out and was very polite and soft spoken. I have a post office box here too, since many years! Prices are reasonable."

"Terrible service. There is only 1 person working, and old lady, who cannot handle all the works. That is understandable but she acts like it's the customer's fault."

"Unbelievably bad customer service. I waited for 15mins as the lady was on a call. She did not even acknowledge me being there even though I made sure she knew she had a customer waiting. After multiple attempts, she made eye contact and signaled to wait a bit more. Unfortunately for her, I understand the local dialect she was talking over the phone and it was clear it was not an urgent call. She even had the time to receive incoming calls on the landline but would go back to her personal phone call immediately without asking what I was there for. There are many other postal services nearby with much better service. Give the others your business."

"Maybe it's time to consider retirement or hiring individuals to run your business? It's clear by other reviewers that customer service training is needed. Went into this location to drop off a Fed Ex package but was told that the driver probably wasn't coming today so I left. As I was driving down the street I saw the Fed Ex driver go by so I turned around to go back as I walked in the door the female owner was being really rude yelling at this kid/Fed Ex Driver demanding he was supposed to be there at 2pm. He calmly explained the pick up was 2-4pm. She kept telling so I spoke up ypu shouldn't be yelling at him. She told me it wasn't my concern. Then while we stood outside the male owner pulled in and parked. I explained that his wife was yelling at the driver. His response was that this was not my concern haha and never even an apology! You automatically made it my concern abusing an innocent driver, here when Americans witness abusive behavior is only humane to stick up for that person!!"
