Miami was extremely helpful, and helped me find the perfect treadmill I was looking for, and the expedited shipping & setup was INCREDIBLE. I was assigned to Santiago (I believe was his name), and I am so glad that he was the individual setting up the treadmill. Besides highlighting so of the best features, he also showed me how to quickly dissemble in case we need to move it. Overall, HIGHLY recommend Johnson Fitness & Wellness in LA!"

"Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a very expensive recumbent bike. I didn't ride it long enough or check out the functionality in the store. Once delivered, I found it very disappointing for me. I was back in the store the next day. They patiently showed me many alternatives. When I found a cheaper upright that suited me better, they did the exchange, arranging for pickup and delivery, and refunded the difference."
