"Terrible customer service. They wouldn’t take an amazon package that clearly didn’t need packaging according to Amazon and the manager kept arguing. If you have choice go somewhere else with better service."

"August and Ilona are absolute rockstars. Not only was the service great and they helped take care of my package, but they went above and beyond to help me when I realized after leaving that I dropped my keys into the sealed package! They took the time out of their busy day to search for the package and helped me find them. So grateful for their excellent customer service and generosity to go above and beyond!"

"I have no issue paying a convenience fee but this place is a total ripoff. Examples: $5 to print a 1-page shipping label from a thumb drive (less than $0.25 at Kinkos) and $7.50 for a basic plastic mailing envelope (less than $0.05 bulk price online). Exploiting customers with price gouging is seldom a sustainable business model in a competitive market with alternatives. I avoid it completely unless there is no other choice."
