"that rarest of miracles, a bank with a heart! i've been in some tough times, and the people at commonwealth have always worked with me. been a member for almost 2 decades. why go anywhere else"
"Have been a member for 20 years. Always helpful, always pleasant. Highly recommend for your banking needs."
"The entire staff is made up of friendly and professional people. There has never been a mistake on any of my accounts. I have never had anything but pleasant experiences in the branch."
"We like the folks at both Morgan Hill branches. Unfortunately, we have had multiple login problems with the online website and have had to make multiple trips to Cochrane and Tennant branches to get things fixed. I find the website waaaay too picky and quick to lock my account after a login/password issue occurs. I did find that your site saved my login name 'explainer' as 'Explainer', which caused untold havoc. I don't seem to be able to clear out the bad username, so I am constantly dealing with the issue."
"A Four-star rating. benefit of the doubt issue instead of a Three-Star rating- I have been a member for 30 years. I have watched the credit union grow, been through the growing pains, been through the financial ups and downs, and we are here today. Commonwealth Credit Union is now closer to a big bank than a community credit union. The issue is found in the mistakes made by personnel and in the decisions made at the corporate level. Two recent examples; upon receiving my new debit card several weeks ago, I had informed the representative I would be traveling off-and 0n for the next month. He wrote down the dates of the travel with the stated intent that the credit union would be alerted for those dates. Huge mistake, both my debit and ATM cards were blocked on the first travel date-a fraud alert. Several phone calls and a lengthy ride to find a credit union "on the network" in order to obtain cash. Totally unnecessary inconvenience! The debit card--an unnecessary card. ATM cards had a maximum or $300 per day. A corporate decision replaced that with $200 per day and a requirement to have a debit card if more was needed. So, the first example need not have happened if the original limits were in place. I do not recall being asked my opinion, as a member, about the changes. Did I miss something? Yes, I have multiple accounts with Commonwealth and the credit union is linked in several ways to online accounts. Untangling the ties will be burdensome, but the prospect of doing so seems increasingly attractive."
