"There’s a lady in this store which I wasn’t able to get her name simply because of her rudeness. We were with my mom who doesn’t know how to speak English at all. My mom is 76 years old. This rude lady does not want us to talk in behalf of her, the fact that she knows my mom doesn’t even understand what she’s talking about and can’t even speak the language!!!! Even the customers that were there were all looking at her the way she’s acting, how loud, proud, and arrogant her voice sounds!!! She must be the manager but it doesn’t mean that you have the position, you can treat badly your customers!!! Never ever go to this store. They don’t know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!!! I appreciate you acknowledging the policy. I am just wondering if that lady that assisted us acknowledge how we were treated there? She can talk to us politely and not rude. That lady doesn't know what customer service is the fact that she is talking to someone older who needs help that doesn't even understand her language. The family was there and she could have explained it to them in a nice way."

"I feel like I wouldn't normally leave a review for a UPS store, but I had such an outstanding experience here today, it is well- deserved. I came in for a LiveScan and had to print a few things as well. I was third in line, but was promptly greeted, with all of my questions answered with clear instructions and very friendly manner. The entire staff was working together so efficiently- and with a great attitude-that even though it was fairly busy (around 2:30PM),I saw every person helped while I was there, in and out in no time (including myself). I'm just blown away by the amazing level of customer service I witnessed today. Thank you all for the help, and you deserve a raise!"
