"First time in the lobby and the last time there. I seen all the bad reviews, but I ignored and took the risk to go. Service and representative was terrible. The manager standing behind the representative was also rude. I overheard him talking to one of the representatives about a customer. Making rude remarks. A fat bald manager. He had Jimmy Dean's sausage link fingers. I asked the representative for an envelope so she could put my cash in it. She tossed me the envelope and handed me my cash. All the other San Jose store locations hands you the envelope with your cash inside. This is a sorry excuse for a bank"
