"The company doesn’t communicate via phone, email, or snail mail when they purchase your mortgage. They probably do the same for the loans they originate. Since finding out they are now the owners of my loan I have called and left a message and spent 20 minutes on their terrible customer service line just to get my loan number. While you’re trying to get ahold of someone and on a hold music, every 30 seconds they ask if you still want to wait for a customer service rep. I’ve hit “1” to continue to a rep eight times while waiting. If that’s not the most obnoxious thing after already leaving a message a couple days ago then don’t what is. I won’t speculate why you have terrible communication with your customers, but I hope there won’t be any fees for being “late” when this company clearly is inept."

"Absolutely horrible to get a hold of. Waited online for customer service, decided to opt for a call back so selected that number where it “holds my place in queue”. They called me back 34 minutes later for it to immediately divert to someone’s voicemail (at 1:50pm) and I STILL didn’t get a call back. This was not my first time trying to get a hold of them with exhausting results. Just the first time I’ve been annoyed enough to leave a review. **update** it’s been 24 hours and still no response had to call again"
