"I had my fingerprint done today. To my surprise I was able to come in and out in less than 5 minutes. There was absolutely no waiting. The owner is super efficient and know exactly what needs to be done. I definitely will be back if I need to have it done again. Just remember to make your appointment ahead of time. I luck out because she was here for another appointment."

"This review comes almost 6 months after my appointment as I have been waiting on my South African passport to arrive! Service at this location was fantastic! I was able to get all the documentation I needed notarized and I had my passport pictures taken. For South Africans who live in the Bay Area and aren’t able to renew their passports in LA right now, please do yourself a favor and head here for the necessary paperwork! Highly recommend! "They need training on live scans. Their hours during covid are sporadic and only known via phone calls. I prepaid online but she wanted to charge me an extra $60 to do a second scan without looking at my paperwork. She didn't understand why she would have to overcharge me and kept saying she didn't know. Maybe she is new or inexperienced? They also make you print your form even if online it says you can being in a digital copy on your phone. They don't have any ways to print. Happy ending: I called the other place across Livermore, he understood what my form was, said he did not need to do extra scans or charge extra, and I have an appointment with him in an hour! It's always comforting when someone knows what to do and has done it hundreds of times. Livescan did not provide that for me"
