"Never go to these guys. i shipped an international package more than an year ago with these guys which was never delivered. I followed up multiple times and filed a claim with the carrier but never got neither my package back nor the compensation. However, the owner of this store at Dublin, CA calls me talking so rudely saying why did you file a claim blah blah.. When i was trying to explain the situation, he was not even interested to listen what happened. Basically, they cheated by not only taking the money for shipping but also not delivering the package as promised. I recommend not to go to this center at all."

"I needed to fax some documents and this was the perfect place to do it. The cashier was super friendly and helpful with his service. He walked me thru the process and even double checked with me to be certain the information was accurate before and after the process. I will be returning again if I ever need to use any of the services that they offer. Not to mention the customer service gets an A+ in my book!"

"The facility charged me $34 plus to ship few oz documents from Dublin to SFO and that too with 5 days turnaround and they told me that it is the cheapest I can get. I assumed maybe FedEx was expensive as I had to send only in FedEx but after checking FedEx site, the rates were half the price. I felt deceived. AVOID unless you dropping packages with printed shipping labels."
