"This is a great UPS Store. It's always very clean and organized, and all of the workers there are friendly and efficient. They seem appropriately staffed for busy times, so whenever there's been a line, the wait time was still short. I haven't seen the line get longer than 3 deep, even at Christmastime. The 7pm closing time is convenient, and parking is easy there too, because it's in a strip mall with a huge lot. I've also used their notary service, which was easy to arrange without an appointment because their notary public is on site for most of the store's opening hours. You might not think there'd be any difference between one UPS Store or another, and figure on just stopping at whichever one is on your way, but this really is one of the nicer ones I've been to, and the only reason I ever go to a different one anymore is if I need a later pickup. (This is a review for UPS Store #6497, not the UPS service, so I'm not rating on the quality of UPS delivery or shipping prices, since the store doesn't control either of those things.)"

"My first and the best experience. I moved from Sunnyvale, CA to Buffalo, NY it was a 2 bedroom apartment stuff that had to be moved and They took care of everything. Starting from picking my stuff to carefully packaging fragile items. I was so impressed that it just took 3 days for everything to arrive in Buffalo. Tanya and her team is amazing. She personally took out time from her busy schedule to understand my shipping needs and to get me the best price possible. I had spoke to at least 8 other shipping companies and then I found this option that was at least 15-20% cheaper. More than that It was convenient because they picked it up right from my door step.
