"Bait and switch... they said locker fees is 35$ so I went to open locker but then they said I have to maintian 25000$ balance to get this... All of this is bait and switch to get customers. now to lcose the account I need to pay 50$ penality."
"I went to this branch to apply for a personal credit card on Nov 2nd 2023. A banker greeted me and helped me apply for the credit card. I have personal and business accounts with BMO. Today I received a letter in the mail saying I got turned down for the personal credit card application. The reason was "INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION". When I looked closer the letter showed that the applicant was my business name, not my personal name. How could you guys make such a mistake!!! A company applying for a personal credit card??? Of course you would denied me!!! Apparently the banker needs more training but I (as your client) am paying for the cost. It's waste of time. Other banks begin to print out service summary to clients after their bankers finish helping their client. That way their clients know what the bankers have done for them as a proof. It protects the bankers and the clients. BMO should consider the same now if you want to earn your reputation in the U.S."
"I tried to do a deposit and a wire don’t want to talk somw there. Then help , manager has a argument . she’s an Asian. Future I think I would close my account. I wasted more than 40 minutes."
