"Outstanding communication and packing. Even though I use UPS stores a couple times a month in different city and states as they will follow my packing instructions on items won on auction , this item that they picked up and packed and shipped to us was very complicated on my packing instructions and they followed it perfectly and even wrapped a couple more parts separately to protect them. Also the fastest response of any UPS store I've seen in 14 years of shipping with UPS and in the month of DECEMBER no less. I will definitely use them again, they were fantastic!"

"The charges of this store are too unreasonable. I don't know whether it is the staff who charge randomly or the boss who charges randomly. I only mail a few sheets and they charge $70. I didn't post it, I just left with my stuff, an older guy with glasses. This one is very close to me and I am the owner of the store next to them. Before the mail was sent by my employees. I said I would never go to your house again. I went to another usps mail today and only charged me $19.30"
