"Trash! Say they will “follow up” and they do not. They have left me waiting for extremely important medical supplies for about 27 days passed my order date so far. I currently don’t have any more and it’s not really like I can just pick one up at Walmart."

"Health Net is the worst health insurance. Despite my doctor writing scripts for pills for 3 months, Health Net arbitrarily decided not to pay for more than one month at a time this year. Now they won't pay for the shingles vaccine which is nearly $300 out of pocket. They charge us over $500 for a family of four plus what my employer pays. These people are greedy ghouls. Insure yourself with anyone else. Health Net is garbage insurance."

"They have assigned me the WORST doctors so far. The first one I was never able to get ahold of in the months of me being assigned to her, so I asked to switch doctors. The other one they assigned me to was on leave at the time and ended up quitting a month later so I never got to contact that one either. I asked for a 3rd doctor and asked for a decent one that I could contact this time and they never sent me new cards or called me back. I’m about to switch insurance, this is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. This insurance should be shut down, they cannot provide adequate care or customer service at the very least."

"You get better customer service from an angry teenager at McDonald's. They lost the only contract with the local specialty children's hospital and when we called to see if they would have another they just said most likely not for another year. So if I want my daughter to be seen it has to be over an hour away and she will be seen at a place that has told us they would want to send us to our local specialty hospital. Yaay corporate greed!"

"Have had nothing but problems. Health net will not send me ID cards for this years plans after being requested on multiple occasions. I keep getting bills for doctors appointments that should be covered and fighting them with claims that aren’t being paid. Promised call backs I’ve never got. Also can’t even print temp cards on their website because they are showing cards for last years plan. I feel sacred constantly and am developing PTSD like symptoms whenever I have to go to the doctor out of fear or receiving bills that I cannot pay that should be covered. Health cards should be sent out every tear and they absolutely will not do it"
