"Terrible service. The staff were extremely disrespectful and rude to my friends and me. We paid for a table and accidentally sat at the wrong one. Instead of politely telling us that. They grabbed our items off the table and the bouncer told us to “Get up and move” I will never be returning."
"The woman working in the outside was extremely friendly and is the reason I didn’t give this place a 1 star. However, upon going inside and feeling up the vibes - my group of friends went to the bar to buy a drink. We wait for about 15 minutes and call for a busser to let the bartender woman to help us out. He tells this tall bartender that we are waiting to be helped (the bar section was empty btw) she looked over, smirked and shook her head. She refused to serve my friends and I. My group consists of 5 women, all successful women with distinguished careers who have money to buy drinks and pay tips. It was our first terrible experience ever at a night club and have to let future customers (to avoid this experience) and her employers know that is causing their business to lose money. I do not recommend this place and would never return upon having this terrible experience."
"I had an extremely traumatizing experience here on Halloweekend. I came to watch a specific set by one of my favorite Brazilian DJs. During his set I was directly in front of the booth. I witnessed security abruptly end his set by physically attacking him. Due to the fact that I was directly in front I was caught in the cross fire of the attack. I’m 5’1, 125lbs and was thrown by security trying to get to the booth (I’m not sure why they all had to rush, it was 1 DJ and the security who instigated the attack caught him off guard, so I didn’t see the point for more “back up”). Before falling to the ground a security caught me and escorted me out. This place is scary and adds a really bad rep for San Diego."
"Terrible experience. As an South American I will never come back to this XENOPHOBIC place. If you are latino please don't come here. They will treat you so bad, they will abuse you physically. Their staff is Xenophobic. Latinos no vayan a gastar su dinero alla."
"The security at this venue are unhinged, aggressive, ruthless toxic men with mob mentality. I witnessed them brutally attack a DJ for no apparent reason after interrupting his set. They injured several people to rush over and gang up on him. At least seven men pinned him and jumped him, and when club goers insisted that they stop hurting this man, they (including myself) were assaulted and thrown out. One of their security guards threw me at least 7 feet onto the floor for trying to deescalate the situation. I was injured during this process. When I told them there was no reason to be violent, they screamed that we were being disrespectful. So, questioning your moral compass and lack of physical control is means for assault? I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Unprofessional, brutal, dangerous, illegal. Nobody is safe in this club."
