"I wanted to return things to amazon, they have a free return through UPS. But they charge $3 for each label printing. Why? I'll print it myself and come if they charge that kind of money"
"I Absolutely LOVE, LOVE this UPS Store!!!! As a Court Reporter with deposition exhibits to mail out often for attorneys, I Absolutely Trust this UPS Store to deliver them to the Deposition Agencies I work with, and they do so On Time. I recommend this UPS Store for their Professional work ethic and getting my legal exhibits where they need to go On Time and delivered with Absolutely No Damage At All. Keep up the Awesome work, and Thank You for your Service to our community!!!!"
"05/23/20 @ 11:15am. The staff was incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. The woman behind the desk was computer illiterate! UPS charge .90 for the first minute and .10 thereafter for computer usage. The internet connection was EXTREMELY slow. I asked the woman behind the counter if I will still be charged and she said yes, its not her fault the internet was slow. She admitted UPS recently downloaded some software on the computer and every since then, the computer had been running slow. I overlooked that and preceded to printout documents from my email. The computer printed out my email messages and not the actual documents. I attempted to printout my documents again and got the same results. Keep in mind, I am EXTREMELY computer savvy. I asked if I can email the documents to UPS and have them print it out for me and the woman behind the counter said yes for a fee. I was more than willing to pay for the copies but I asked why would I be charged a fee if the problem is UPS's computer and not me? The man behind the counter sarcastically said, its company policy. My customer service experience was horrible. There was no effort or willingness to try and help me. This was a total different experience than Fed Ex. Fed Ex was much more competent, professional, and customer service oriented."
"Terrible store, brings shame to the UPS Store brand. First of all, their prices for mailboxes are absurd, 15-20% higher than other locations, even in Fairfield! Then they nickle and dime you for mailbox keys, oh, and it's extra for the 24hr key, all of which are included at other locations. Don't even get me started on their printing services, they refer any large jobs out because they simply don't have the equipment there. Want a blueprint sized prints? It gets outsourced. Then we'll come to the appearance of the store which is pretty poor, I mean just look at the ceiling, full of holes and dirt marks where their interior gate has ripped up the ceiling. I 100% recommend the location in Vacaville at 2010A Harbison Drive, they run a friendly and well-managed location."
