"I had a prescription sent here for some antibiotics, (I usually go to the cvs in target on bluemound, but since this one is closer to my house I opted to have it sent here for a one time fill) I called shortly after the Dr sent the script to make sure they had my insurance information, they did!, great! I asked how long he thought it would be before it was ready, he said “we’re working on it right now so it shouldn’t be too long, and if you get here and it’s not done we can get it ready really quick” I explained that I lived very close and if he just told me about how long it would be, I would come then. So he said he would put it in for 4:30 and they should have it ready by then... (about 35 minutes later) he also told me the total was $27.47. So my husband left at 4:30, drove over to pick it up for me. They told him it was going to be at least an hour. So he came back home. Five minutes after he got back home (we live 5 blocks away!) I got a text message saying my script was ready... so back he went. They told him the total was $27.47, so he gave them the $28 cash I had given him to pick it up, the man took his money, counted it and said “no I meant to say $47.27. So my husband took out his card to pay for it, the man asked “if he wanted his cash back” thank God he said yes!... got the receipt and it was $27.47!!! Lesson learned... closer does not mean more convenient! I will always drive to target! Their staff is always wonderful! I think the most upsetting part of the whole thing was that I wasn’t being rude or trying to rush them, I just explained that we lived so close, if he just told me when it would be able to be ready, that’s when we would come. The payment fiasco... I have no words."
