"very unfriendly and unhelpful service, and the store policies are a huge scam — they wanted me to buy an entire roll of packing tape for $6 (the same roll is currently listed on Amazon for $3.50) to tape just the top of 3 boxes closed I understand being charged a NOMINAL fee to use some of their tape, but that’s an absolutely ridiculous charge I highly don’t recommend coming here if you have other options"

"Unfriendly service. Also found out there's a $2 charge to tape a box closed. Lady working there had a huge roll and could've been polite about it and offered to just tape it as a one time thing and she didn't even do that. Best she could do was suggest buying a whole new roll when I literally never need packing tape. On the receipt it says "packing service". I wouldn't even tip someone for that. Not sure if that's a general UPS policy or just this location but it's ridiculous when you consider the small amount of tape used probably wasn't even Pennies on the dollar."

"Very rude Asian (Indian, authoritative woman). No patience, kindness or empathy. She wanted to charge me $25 for shipping something that cost $15. I asked if there was a lower cost way to ship. She asked me "Do you want to ship or not, if not, next customer"! I took my business elsewhere. What a contrast from the previous owners/operators who were always trying to help me save costs. She also yelled at me for selecting the wrong shipping envelope. Instead of saying something like: "I have a better way for you to package that, let me help you!" She needs a serious lesson in customer service."
