The UPS Store

"This UPS in point of fact has at most rude and ignorant attitude. I needed Notary for insurance claim, and I made an appointment at 12 pm She( Lisa or Liza the Notary lady). I asked her that "I need a notary for my insurance claim and could you please sign this claim?" She did not know where to sign on the paper, and yelled at me where to sign, and where I should sign? So, I called my insurance where to sign, apparently I do not need to sign the paper as long as my name is on the insurance claim paper. She kept yelling asking where do I sign? How am I supposed to know? There is a reason you work here and tell us and advise us. The advise you give us, we do not need to follow your advise or take it. It is our decision. Little advice would be nice and communicative instead of yelling saying I do not know where to sign and we cant tell you where to sign. Plus get yourself few translators this is 2024 not 90s. Walk with your new generation instead of standing there do nothing!!! Never coming back here ever again, worst place to serve."

"The Worst UPS store I have been!!! I request to ship an important document and a young lady packet the document in a wrong envelope I pay $ 22.60 dollars for Nothing! The letter came back to my mail. I went back to the store to find a solution and she said she can't print another label, so I have to pay again for the shipping!!! Awful service, horrible customer service who doesn't know how to do their job."

"It's a nice new location, but they REALLY need to hire more staff. What happened to the staff before they moved? Did they all get fired or what? The old location (behind Starbucks) was always stocked with at least 2-3 employees. The new location (now between Sally's Beauty and Trader Joe's) only has 1 employee working at the register. And it made for some really impatient customers waiting in line. I noticed an empty cash register so this place could really hire one more clerk or two (another for packing the unpacked packages on the table). Good riddance. What's worse is the parking is so close to the two market stores (the other being Smart and Final), so it can get busy and difficult to find a parking spot if you need to park close to the UPS store. I liked the old location more, it's never busy and plenty of parking close by. It's such a disappointment."

"Absolutely fantastic service here this morning at 8 am with Lisa. She helped me mail an important package quickly and very efficiently. She was super nice and friendly and after meeting such a great customer staff person, it improves your day by far. Wish everyone was as kind as Lisa was to me today. Lovely and clean store; no wait in lines. Ample parking and plenty of handicapped spots. I’m very happy that UPS is here in the neighborhood and I’ll be coming here quite often."

"We use this store a lot, mostly for Amazon returns… staff have been good - we’ve been coming here for years. They just moved to a new location next to Trader Joe’s. The store is really nicely updated. I do worry a little about parking now as it’s now located in a busy location."
