"The rudest counter staff and notary public I have ever encountered. I barely said two words to be while she sullenly directed orders at me. Questions were answered with a huff and snort. I was still in the store paying for the service while she audibly complained to the other worker about my vibe. What did I do wrong? I don't know. I won't be back. Was it racial prejudice? Probably. Does she act like a 12 year old being asked to do chores to ever customer? I can't say."

"Great for quick dropoffs. However, last holiday season, my package never made it out of the facility and caused me to lose out on a major sale. I was not given a receipt at the time of dropoff, and it's on my part to have asked for one every time. With that being said, I trusted this place with plenty of packages to ship out prior to that incident, so it hardly crossed my mind. I'm happy to wait in line at the Pinole location if it means that they don't steal my packages."

"I am a local business owner. I have promised myself that I will not do any business at the UPS location in Hercules. The staff at this location is very unprofessional & rudest. We needed to get a notary done, and we ended up getting insulted by an employee who chose and picked the people she would help first, raising her voice. Upon confronting her, she tore our documents and refused the service. She didn't stop raising her voice even after we walked out of the store. We could hear her." YELLING' in the parking lot. I don't know if this place's owner cares; they lost an excellent customer from the neighborhood. Watch out!!!!"

"The customer service here is phenomenal. Jasmine got my packages out quickly. I believe Bianca(?) is the other young ladies name, knows how to run a business! I was waiting for my phone to load and told her to help other customers while waiting for me because it’s the best thing to do, and instead of just waiting for me, she tended to the other customers. Once my phone loaded, we were all ready to go! Love this Amazon return store, I mean UPS location :)"
