"Had lab work done here and I insisted on the child's needle. I also happen to have see though skin! How do you mess up this badly?! I am still young too. I can only imagine how bad they get the elderly! They should be reported!"

"If I could give it zero stars I would. I came in for chest pain. I had just woken up to chest pain and went directly in. They got me back in a room quickly, took blood, and did an xray. They then left me there for 6 hours. I let them know I hadn't eaten anything yet as I came in when I first woke up. They gave me a little 1/2 cup of apple juice only after I walked to the nurses station and asked again. Then they tried to bring me crackers twice even after I told them I had just had jaw reconstruction and couldn't eat the crackers. Finally after waiting another hour, I got up, took my own IV out and left. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Stay far away."

"If you have gastrointestinal issues, DO NOT come here unless you HAVE TO. And DO NOT stay if you can get to an expert in MADISON! These clowns could have killed me. I had a blockage in my intestine and they diagnosed me with a condition that is only physically possible after a surgery. Then they refused to release CT scan images to my gastro specialist and i only found out they could have killed me after i went to see my specialist a week later. If you are in the health care field, it should not just be your job, it should be a passion, I think this hospital doesnt care about people."

"Ob department is nice and clean but some of staff need to be considerate of the woman that just had birth or C-section and try and helping the mothers out a little, yes we know your tired but we are to it’s your job to help us if you can’t help us and be considerate and nice and help the mother out with baby then get a different job.! I’m not happy with the one of the nurses here and I’ll make sure her manager knows how she really treats her patients."

"I just had the best experience a person could have at a hospital. I went in for a two hour infusion. My nurse Faraday RN is a true professional. She made me feel comfortable immediately. Throughout the procedure she answered all my questions very thoroughly. She put the IV in perfect the first time.(I usually have to get stuck 3-4 times to find what they are looking for) I know there are many good nurses out there. This happened to be my lucky day, and I got one of the best. Thank you Beaver Dam hospital for having her on your staff. Thank you very much Faraday."
