"My children were participating in a study at Children's. I was dealing with a pinched nerve and had a prescription for pain medication for myself (42y.o.). I did not realize that this would be an issue, Apparently, they do not fill prescriptions for adults. I was informed of this by a very rude pharmacist (Stephanie?) after the pharmacy tech had taken my prescription and indicated that it wouldn't be a problem. If it is the policy of the pharmacy not to fill adult prescriptions. Ok, there is nothing posted about this, and my wife has gotten prescriptions filled in the past. I felt as though because the prescription I was trying to have filled was for pain medication I was judged and the pharmacist was rude. 0/10 would not recommend and it doesn't take anything to be nice to someone."
"8 staff workers, super slow people, every other customer I hear we misplaced your medications please wait. Took over 2 hours to fill a simple prescription the hospital sent over. Place needs organization and better staff"
"There was a mix up in my daughters doctor office causing her meds to not be ordered in time and the pharmacy went over and above to make sure that she got them. They didn't have them there but they made sure they got them (not sure how) and overnighted them to us so we didn't have to make the hour+ drive again. I wish all pharmacies cared about their patients like this!!"
