"Hadley Wood is an amazing business insurance broker! My business SNAP Savvy Strategies has a diverse set of product and service offerings that fall outside the “normal” insurance categories, so going with one of the more traditional agencies (and I tried quite a few of them) was proving challenging and expensive, but most importantly it was proving inadequate at fully covering my risks. Hadley was a genius! As an independent broker with decades of experience and a penchant for details, she could shop my needs for the best fit industry wide, and she found me the perfect policy, at a rate that was more than reasonable, with a payment schedule that worked best for me! When it was time to add on another line of insurance to cover my expanding service offerings, I was mid policy with my General Liability. After she shopped my new needs it turned out that a combined policy with my existing GL agency would give me complete coverage, save me the most money and keep the terms I needed. As I was mid policy and the combo would be best, she made the call to the company and sure enough they allowed me to terminate the other policy and bind the new combined policy with no loss of money or coverage! On another occasion, I had decided to offer a class to teens and tweens on how to improve their photography and editing skills, and posted the event on Facebook inviting people to attend. Hadley saw the post and immediately called me to point out that my policy didn't have adequate coverage to protect me during an event with minors onsite without parent or guardian present. She saved me from a potentially very costly mistake! Talk about going above and beyond to protect her clients!
