"We came in and there was only one person in line but the person working refused to help us with a service. He just shrugged and told us too bad, we had to wait an hour to be helped. When we asked if there was another location that he would recommend he said “I don’t know”. I get staffing is limited, but don’t treat your customers this way if you want them to use your location. The Blithedale location offered to help us immediately, it’s close by so I’d recommend going there!"
