Reviews
"Excellent staff and service at Postal Chase. We live in the neighborhood and have been using them regularly for years."
"I see that lots of folks have had bad experiences here, but I've always had good experiences. I ship random items about once/month. They pull up my info from their records, in some cases pack the item and it's off. Fast and easy."
"Matthew and staff are great. They are always friendly and warm. We really appreciate them !"
"I was sent to this location by Google representative, Clerk kindly printed my shipping labels, then charged me, that's fair, but it's not labeled on ANY of the 20 signs saying the email address to send shipping labels to. I called back google to let them know so they could handle the fee. Man rudely says 'ok' meaning he was excusing me from the fee (nice) then says "but you keep that in mind next time" with a very *mean* tone. MEAN. I called him out on it, explaining my situation, and that being mean was inappropriate. He gave me back my boxes. (Good) Dude called me several very abusive slurs, yelling. I told him to have the day he deserved. He yelled at me to get out of his face. (As I was leaving). He said I was cursing him. (???) I hope he finds what he needs, but goodness. No."
"It's almost comical how rude they are here. Everyone in the neighborhood seems to have their own story of being mistreated here. I feel sorry for the staff here, I wonder what's happening on the inside to make them so outwardly upset. If you have shipping needs, just use one of the big three (USPS, UPS, FedEx) directly, don't come here."
