"I love the techs and pharmacists at this location. This pharmacy is always ridiculously busy, and sometimes there is a wait. But the staff is so friendly and helpful. Kudos to the workers for the job they do!"

"This place is just a disaster. Understaffed, unknowledgeable and the wait times are ridiculous. I recently dropped off a script in the morning and was told it would be an hour. Came back, wasn't ready. Stopped back later in the day, still wasn't ready. Finally just waited in the store yet another hour and finally got meds for my father. And now that they've gone woke, I'll find somewhere else."

"Worst pharmacy ever. A week after putting in a refill it's still not done. Was told they're working on it and it will be ready soon. Went back the NEXT DAY and it STILL wasn't ready. Changing my pharmacy immediately. Don't go here."

"Last 2 times I tried to get my prescription refilled there, they were out. Sent a message saying they'd let me know when it was ready. After waiting days, I called to find out they are out because of a "nationwide backorder" on this particular pill. I asked if they had called other places to find it, they said they don't do that. I said my spouse used to work at a pharmacy and they did this every day. The Walgreens person said they don't because since Covid, they just don't have the staff to do that anymore. Called my Dr, who said to see if they have an extended release version, as that could work and the Dr would send a new scrip to Walgreens if they have that. Called Walgreens again, got bounced between a call center and the actual Spring St store a few times, had to give name, DOB, and scrip each time. Spent 26 minutes on the phone, and finally got someone who said no, they still don't have it, and confirmed the mg dose, ...and it's different than what I've been getting FROM THEM every month for SEVERAL YEARS! I have the bottle in my hand, and it is a different mg dose than what they say is in their system, and they talked to me like I'm wrong. I'm still holding the bottle in my hand from last month, with THEIR label on it, and they act like I don't know what I'm asking for. Finally gave up and called Good Value Pharmacy, and in a 43-second phone call, was able to confirm they have what I need. My Dr is sending it there and I'll have it in an hour... After waiting, messaging, calling, etc with Walgreens for days on end. I guess I'm a Good Value customer from now on!"

"They, by their own accord, were not busy. My doctor had sent them my prescription 3 hours prior to my arrival. They hadn't filled it yet. I asked if there was a problem. They said no. I asked her if they were swamped today. She said no and that they hadn't gotten to it yet. I've had problems before when I refilled one online, they said it would be ready the next morning and they hadn't started refilling it when I arrived the next day."
