Green River Golf Club

"Today, March 9, at 10:09 AM, we made a tee-up reservation for 4 people, and our team registered at 9:30 AM and moved to the starter to prepare. However, we couldn't start until after 10:15, so we asked the starter. The answer was that our team would be the fifth in the future and told us to wait for at least 45 minutes. Our team departed at 10:55. My time management was the worst. Three teams were behind the par 3 2nd hole. There were three teams lined up for the par 3 hole, but the game manager was nowhere to be seen. We were so frustrated that our team finished at 4:32. I completed 18 holes in 5 hours and 37 minutes and headed home. I like Green River and have used it a lot for over 3 years, but I will never use it again. I absolutely do not recommend it to other teams. I am very disappointed."

"This is a basic old school park course with tree lines. The greens were good. The staff was very friendly. Nice atmosphere."

"Very nice golf course, and extremely friendly staff with great service. The course was very nice with well taken care of green's. Did not have anything to eat but I know they have a restaurant and a bar. I definitely will be coming back for another tee time."

"This is not the course I played on three years ago. I just played yesterday and it was in great condition. Nice and green, good layout, greens were good not perfect and that is because people just don't fix there divots. I gave it a 5 because it came from being a dump to being a 5 star public community/county course. Very affordable and easy tee time reservations...Give it a shot...I was pleasantly surprised."

"Looking for a wedding venue. This was our second place. The indoor rooms look great and roomy. The outdoor area is ok. However, there are train tracks with cars on one end, the freeway behind the arches on the other end. Power lines showing. If that is not a concern to you, this place is pretty good."
