"I have been with 1st United for years. I have one concern. The branch in Berkeley California on Milvia street has only one ATM. I had to make a deposit over a week ago but the ATM was out of service. I am a 70 year old senior citizen using public transportation. I need to go today but there is no direct line for me to call to enquire as to whether the ATM is operational."
