"Probably one of the worst banks I’ve ever joined. Try calling them. They will test your patience while they transfer you 5 billion times and then hanging up on you. Then you have to do it all over again probably, 5 more times until someone is willing to assist you. Then you have the app that automatically logs you out and then you have to call the bank in order for them to “help” you log back in and recover your password when you actually never changed it. That would probably take another few phone calls and many days of finding out who can help you. At first I thought this was only happening to me but speaking with other members, I was glad to find out I was not the only one having a hard time with this bank. Do yourself a favor and switch to another bank. Fire credit union is incredible. Haven’t had any problems with them."
