"AVOID THEM AT ALL MEANS!!! Refused to pay my salary check for no reason explained. Looks like they welcome with the customers only when they bring the money. When you come to get what you earned, this branch tries to get rid of you."

This time: Walked up to a teller, she told me she can't do it because she doesn't have permissions, told me to wait for the manager for 10 minutes. Waiting... Manager comes up: "sorry, I can't do the exchange because I don't have permissions, we haven't done in a long time, let me ask someone else". Manager running around... Few minutes later: "sorry, we can't do the exchange at this location, is there anything else we can do for you today?". No help finding another location, no acknowledging their mistake. Went to another location, completed the exchange in two minutes. I'm very close to taking all my investments to different financial institutions. BoA: lazy, unprofessional, redundant."
