"The dispatcher told me it would be 10-15 minutes but I had already been kept waiting in not great area for a couple hours with groceries melting already, so 10-15 min. was nothing overall. But I had barely hung up the phone when suddenly the taxi was there in front of me. I had to pay rather a lot, like more than double a metered ride...but at least they came and got me home whereas the other place left me on permanent hold."
