"I had a return (Rent the Runway) for Saturday. They are supposed to open at 9 a.m. I panicked because I needed to be in Sonoma before 10:30 a.m. They finally opened at 9:20 a.m. I was thankful and hope the young man opening had a good day. You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day."

"Avoid the UPS Store. First, contrary to what they would like you to believe, they are not affiliated with UPS. They are a third party. I went in on Thursday to send a package. I was asked if I wanted it to go Ground ($30 something), to arrive the following Wednesday, or Priority ($68) to arrive on Saturday. I elected to send it Priority for $68.49. They set it US Postal Priority with no guarantee, but failed to tell me. This was a package that was sent to me by mistake by a customer who intended it for another recipient. I figured I'd do my customer a favor and forward it on. The first time they sent it via USPS Priority they, did so at the Post Office. The same package cost $8.79 to ship at the post office, $60 less than at the UPS store. I will be disputing the charge with my bank."

"Easy peasy. Team in there, the staff, makes it super easy, fast. Yeah, sometimes you got to wait your turn, but it'll be a quick min. They know their stuff, do it very quick. Efficient operation. Also, location is very practical and close and easy to find. Good parking."

"This place is a disaster. Customer service is awful, employees are rude, but what’s most frustrating is that twice now, I’ve dropped packages midweek (once with prepaid level, another time after paying for 2-day Express) and both times, UPS store didn’t hand my packages off to UPS for 3-4 days. So my 2-day express turned into a 6-day long delivery and missed Mother’s Day by 4 days. In the second case, I was charged a huge amount of money by a company that required a return within 5 days, and because this UPS store (as of the time of this review) STILL has my package that I dropped on Wed (today is Saturday) I’m going to be charged for the product being returned and I’m going to have to fight the charge. Absolutely ridiculous how bad this store is."
