"I am not going to say the name of the girl who always took great care of me but when I needed her urgently she left me stranded with my new car at the dealer. It was Friday and they didn't open their business on Saturday so I had to put my car on my daughter's insurance to get it out. I called her on Monday to ask her to add my car to my policy but she left me waiting on the phone. I went to the business to ask her why she had that attitude since Friday. At this point I was ver upset. I asked to speak to the owner William to file a complaint but she said that he was on vacation. I told her that if he didn't call me back when he got back from vacation I was going to post this review. Since William never called me I decided to cut business with them and do it directly with my insurance company and good for me, it would have saved me many dollars in changes to my policy, now I only pay $5 instead of $50 for some changes if I need to do. This was last March. Until today I waited for William's call. And I am going to delete the previous review that I gave 5 stars when I had just joined and William was in charge of his business that day"
