I placed a call for this woman n her baby, told them it was urgent n they showed up pretty fast. But neglected to say he only took CARDS ONLY , NO CASH she ended up having to wait for a different taxi. Like he could have said that in the beginning."
"I scheduled a reservation on their website late Saturday night. I checked to confirm early Sunday morning, and no response was sent. I called the number, and someone answered in Spanish and couldn't speak English so I couldn't ask if the reservation was confirmed. I ended up using Uber."
