"This taxi service had me waiting outside for over an hour and because I couldn’t be late I called another taxi service just for them to take their time also maybe they’re connected in someway I have no clue but when I called yellow cab taxi to see what your ETA was, I was told by someone name Alfo that my ride was canceled because I contacted the other taxi and they contacted them. I don’t know what’s going on but that’s not even my issue. My issue is when he told me I don’t care about your call. Wow, you know I may not be able to get at you but God, he sees everything and I really needed somebody to pick me up right there. Uber is the only type of taxi service I will ever rely on from here on out."

"I saw the ratings and needed of a cab. At the moment im on a wheelchair and cant walk. When i call for a cab the driver a philipino looking guy looked bothered that i had a wheelchair as he was trying to fit it in the trunk area. As he finally got it in we webt off to my destination. I thought from what i was charged a bit too much but i was in need to see the doctor on time for my check up. Afterwards i called back for a ride home really unprofessional and i got told i would get a cab in 20 minutes. Never came never called ? I tried calling back to be hunged up on at first then necer got answered. I then called the green cab one and they arrived in 5 minutes and the cost to my home was less compared from what i was charged in getting there. Watch for thismcompany and shady employees."
