"They send me the same automated voice refill reminders for the same prescriptions each month like 6 times in a row. Theyve messed up the dates of my refills. Theyve miscounted my prescriptions before... literally had to go 3 days without my meds that i am supposed to take daily and messes with you, if you do not. Later to find out the pharmacist and techs said i should have been able to fill it the day i needed it and someone gave me the wrong info. Really unorganized and never call me back when they say they are going to call my doctor to get my refill confirmed. Had to call my insurance multiple times to have them connect me to the pharmacy to approve my perscriptions..when walgreens said theyd do it themselves. Had my last draw, am now changing pharmacies."
