"Got a call from these people regarding health insurance. Not sure they can sell this product in Michigan. When I asked for their address the hung up on me. They have made unsolicited recorded telemarketing calls to my cell phone many times. I will never do business with a company that robo calls me and then hangs up when I call back. I suggest you do the same."

"These people are nothing less than criminals. They are paid my employers to screw employees over after they are injured on the job. They deliberately mishandle cases at the expense of people’s physical & mental health. They should all be imprisoned."

"Pray you don't get stuck with the wrong adjuster here. Mine gave me attitude for asking a simple question about the QME scheduling and dodged this question 3 times before responding with a curt answer. She also keeps sending stuff to the wrong address after I've corrected her 3 times. I'm assuming it's on purpose at this point."

"Worst and most evil company in the world . These evil people has been playing with my injured wife's life for a while . She got injured at work and had few open back surgeries and a neck surgery and now her lowback is killing her I took her to the hospital few times they did ct scan and told her she needs surgery like now now but these evil people are denying the MRI and medicine i will contact the media and the senator office and sue you and expose you on all social media you fraudsters. "No way would I ever use or recommend this company. I was recently in an a car accident with one of their clients, who"s fault it was by the way. In order to get my car repaired or get a rental I had to pay out of my own pocket. My insurance has been calling and emailing with no response for weeks. I have tried endlessly myself, again with no answer or no call back. You can try calling their multiple phone numbers across the U.S. it's all the same. No one answers. not even the sales team. It's been weeks!! Will my insurance or I ever get paid back? There is no reason why my insurance co. or I should have have to pay out or even wait to be paid back when it was the other driver's fault. How unprofessional and rude to not even return a call....As a follow up,weeks later, I finally get ahold of the supervisor Lee. After expressing that I have had a hard time getting a response from my claims representative Raechel and that I am seeking information about my claim,he asked me, "So why are you calling me?" How rude! He said they were waiting on my insurance co to send my declaration page over. Which is not true. They sent that over right in the beginning. This supervisor, I could go on and on about how rude he was to me. Never once," I am sorry ma'am, or how can I help you". Then to finish the conversation I got " I could tell you some things about Raechel that would make you feel real bad!" You have got to be kidding me! I am sorry if she is going through things in her personal life, we all are, but that is her job, not mine to do her job. If she will not, then it's her supervisor's job to follow up and help her out. How am I the bad guy here?"
