"I get why LAX has set this up and I can see it getting better. However, it is a bit of a hike and the signs don't match the apps. I had two different areas indicated by the app I was using, which meant walking a fair distance as a driver as assigned to me because the fences don't really allow for crossing over. In this very rare rain storm, by the time the driver got to me, my luggage and I were both soaked."

"Terrible. Waited 30 minutes for shuttle. One shuttle came and pulled up and didn’t pull up where all the people were standing but pulled up 50 ft past everyone and my wife and I had to run to the bus only for it to be full by the time it arrived. Then we watched as another bus half full didn’t stop for us. The first bus driver told me to report that second driver so that’s what I’m doing. Unbelievably bad. LAX…Do Better!"

"The taxi and ride app lot is a short walk or shuttle ride from the baggage claim. I had to wait a bit for a shuttle empty enough to let on passengers. Once you get to the lot, you choose taxi or the ride app pickup areas. Open your app of choice and find the right spot to stand on. In 2021 when I was here There were not enough awnings to cover everyone. In 2023 there still aren't awnings everywhere but there is a lot more coverage than my last trip to LA."

"Didn't like you had to take a bus to a second site in order to get an Uber or a taxi. BUT I will say it seemed to cut down on congestion, I think signs could have been a little clearer as well cause we didn't know what to do until we finally saw a sign"

"Stood here for 20 minutes now - one bus drove by and nothing since. If you are planning on traveling through LAX to anywhere near be aware that you need to add 1 hour to your expected journey time. If it works for you it is much easier to fly in through Burbank."
