"I was ripped off by my cab driver, extremely overcharged and he took my card, ran through the payment prompts very quickly on his own and gave himself a large tip without ever giving me the option. I felt completely taken advantage of, being a tourist and single female, my ride was at 5:30am on a Sunday morning. It was still dark out and I felt like I didn't have a choice to argue with him or get out of the cab. I have attempted to contact them via email and phone calls/messages with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
