I just so happen to look online this morning to make sure my payment was received I scrolled down and to my surprise realized I had an agent. It was news to me because I have not talked to Mr. Franklin, never received a welcome call, email or text. I am BIG on communication, I had no knowledge of who Mr. Franklin was/is.
