"I was about to park in the rear parking lot to meet up with a group of friends when an old asian man came to asking me which restaurant I intended to go to. I told him this place and he said I could not park there and he would call to tow my car if I left it there. He was extremely rude toward me, and I feel that he addressed me in the manner he did, due to my complexion. Look elsewhere for a bar if you do not wish to being discriminated against in the current year."

"I love karaoke and have been to almost every karaoke bar in the neighborhood, but KARAOKE BLEU is by far the best! The sound system is amazing and they have at least ten times more songs than other bars(Maybe I exaggerated a bit), so you can even sing the newest songs right away. What I appreciate the most is that you don't have to pay extra tips to the DJ or staff like at other bars, and you can wait for your turn to sing fairly. This is very important to me! Some customers at other bars put pressure on staff to get their turn earlier with tips, and if they realize it doesn't work, they shout at the staff. But it's better not to do that. They will be kicked out by the owner immediately. Ralph does his best to ensure fairness, and my turn to sing is always respected. Thank you, Ralph! I always sit at the counter, and the bartender is very attentive and makes it comfortable for me. This is my No.1 karaoke bar!"

"This is my favorite spot within walking distance, and I've been coming here for drinking for 20 years now. There are many regulars who are good at singing, and although I don't sing much myself, I can enjoy my time just listening to them sing. Sometimes it's too much fun and I end up drinking too much. The owner can be strict, but it's to provide a safe and enjoyable place for everyone to sing and drink. I'm grateful for that. They only open on weekends, so it can get too crowded to get in late at night. If you want to secure a seat, I recommend coming early. I wish they were open seven days a week like they used to be. I want to come here even on weekdays."

"As a local guid: the owner of this Karaoke Blue, he is very self-centered. It is not YOU who chose what you sing, IT IH HE who decide who sings. We were there, a group of 14 people, the biggest table of the night, and we just sang songs 10% of the night. OMG! Unbelievable!!! We were respectful and kind, not even a single drama, we were just “why?” and someone said he “he is who decide who sings who not”. Anyway, in our group, there were 3 actual singers, he just didn’t like us. For no reason!!!"

"Been coming here since 2016!!! I love it! It's one of the most organized karaoke places I've ever been to. And I've been to quite a few in the LA area. The owner and the staff have been great. They're always polite and respectful. Even I forget the rules sometimes, and I've NEVER had a issue with with them being anything less than gracious. I don't drink alcohol (sober 30+ years) and I don't have a problem with a 2 drink minimum or $10 charge. This IS a business, and that rule has been posted for years. Folks like Karaoke Bleu have been hit hard by the pandemic. If I still worked in West LA, I would be there almost nightly, to see to the great range of singers, newcomers and ol' pros!"
