"I get a compounded medication from this Pharmacy...and multiple times now I have gotten the wrong stopper for the top of my bottle...which is necessary to correctly dispense the medication with a syringe. I have had it where I didn't even get a topper and/or syringes...so when either I pick it up or when my husband does...we started looking in the bag to make sure everything is in there. Well...this last time my husband picked it up...and he looked in the bag and did see the syringes and stopper...but...the darn stopper was the wrong size. It was too big for the bottle. I called the pharmacy to express my annoyance with this...spoke with Rachel...and she got an attitude with me. As if this should even be a problem for customers. As if I enjoy needing to call up and complain about something like this. How hard is it to put the right size stopper and syringes in a bag with the medication??? If I give them my money for the medication they should provide the medication and what is need to take it...plain and simple...and if that doesn't happen...and if a customer calls to let them know there is a problem...Rachel's only reply should be...'I'm so sorry and I will make sure it doesn't happen again.' Period."
