"This company is using their power to exploit copyright laws and it's honestly disgusting. Stop suing people for creating things in video games with zero monetary gain. You're not gaining anything here, and you're being extremely greedy. By doing this, you've earned yourself a bad reputation, I hope you know that. I personally would advise anyone not to take their insurance matters here, I don't think they would want to go here in good conscience KNOWING that this is how this company handles legal matters. Unprofessional. Get a grip."
"GetALife - This company MetLife is suing a youtuber for making a project of recreating the whole city in a video game wich he doesn't even own, just because their building is in it, this is absurd it's like having a kid buy a lego set and build this building on their table, and take a picture and share it online, then they copyright strike it and sue him for no reason at all, when the person isn't making any profit from it anyways, it's basically a free advertisement for this company. 17 U.S. Code § 120 states that if you can see a building from a public space, you are within your full legal right to photograph it, draw it, etc. I’d suggest having a lawyer send a cease and desist order. If this company has the time to waste to fill a countless of copyright strikes and a lawsuit against one person for playing a video game, I don't see how this can be trusted..."
