"Very rude management who screamed at me and refused to provide UPS ground envelope. After purchasing a UPS label and needing to print it out at another shipper (fed ex for only 20 cents) because this store charges $5.20 to print one label, I went here to ship the item. Thinking that UPS would provide the envelope for free ground shipping they said they charge for everything in their store and wanted me to pay over $5 for a regular padded envelope instead of giving me a free ground one. Easy to see why UPS stock is down since stores like this have such poor business people. If UPS wants you to ship they should provide the envelope for free."

"I go out of my way to use this particular UPS store, because I rarely have to wait on line. Even on the busiest days, they find a way to get customers through very quickly. The manager, Jessica, is clearly very skilled at what she does. She knows how to delegate tasks to other employees and multitask. I’m always impressed by this when I go in there. Would highly recommend!"
