"There is a lady there with the name Sam on her name tag. She is very rude to people. I've encountered her rude behavior towards others when I go there to drop off packages. Let me share my recent experience on 11/24 with Sam. I walked up for her to help me and she strictly replied to me that she was not having a good day and that I needed to speak loud to her because of her hearing. I literally had to shout to her my address as others waiting in line giggled but yet she didn't want to turn down the music she was playing on her phone. I tried to be really nice to her but as I've mentioned before she is really rude. The way she talks back to people is pretty rude. She's a Scrooge... Sam be happy and like what you do so you don't have to work so hard. Ohh everyone else there is really nice with professional customer service. Except SAM from Sonoma UPS."
