"Stopped in yesterday just before 4PM to get something important notarized which I've never done before. The lady at the counter was extremely hostile and rude. Stating I came in too close to closing time then answers the phone rudely and ignores me further more. Completely ruined my day and put me in a bad mood. First time ever going in and probably the last. Its sad people aren't nice anymore or helpful"

"I was looking to contract with them to do my business' mail forwarding after another local mail service was forced to close because of Covid. They don't have a website, so you have to call to get information on their services. I called in and had 3 simple questions - how much it would cost, would I have 24x7 mailbox access, and would I be notified when new mail came in. I can only presume it was the owner who answered, after reading many of the Yelp reviews that similarly describe her rudeness. I asked her the price which she told me, then after after I asked how access to the mailboxes worked she goes "Only some people get exterior access. Is that all? (no pause to wait for my reply) Thanks for calling" and was about to hang up. I was like "uh, wait what? I had one or two more quick questions" and she goes "well I have a customer standing here, I'm done answering your questions", and hung up. The whole conversation was less than 30 seconds (it wasn't like I was asking a million questions or monopolizing her time). She could have easily asked to put me on hold while she worked with the person at her counter, which I would have been totally fine with. But no, she rudely dismissed me and hung up. I have never had such an unprofessional encounter with a local business in my life."

"what a great place. I have mailed the wedding champagne flutes from my son's wedding to he and his wife in New York. They arrived in Perfect condition. I have mailed large acrylic paintings to New York and they arrived in perfect condition. I would not go anywhere else to have art and precious items packed and mailed. Maureen is wonderful!! She is respected and loved by the Petaluma, community. Thanks Maureen"
