The UPS Store

"Don't get your hopes up because of the Under New Management sign. The store isn't the same. No greeting cards and now a $2.00 charge to put 12 " of tape on my Amazon return. In fact, Amazon states on their return page that the UPS store would pack up my return so the $2.00 charge was Bogus. The old employees were much better and I will find another UPS store to give my business to."

"Lamination services are twice as expensive as Staples and they messed up one of my sheets. I was surprised by the cost, yet understanding about the less-than satisfactory result because someone was being trained on the machine. I did not complain, but still the cashier took a moment to hand-stamp my receipt with red ink “NO REFUNDS ALL SALES FINAL”. This action was unnecessary and insulting to me."

"Would give zero stars if possible. Tried to ship two packages, shipping costs were outrageous. Tried to cancel the shipments immediately afterwards and the store owner initially refused, stating that “no refunds” is printed on the receipt, which is conveniently printed on the receipt that you receive AFTER completing the transaction. Eventually she agreed to refund one package but not the second. When I asked her why one and not the other, she was not able to provide a reason other than citing their “no refund” policy and threatened to not refund either package. Basically, she was willing to lose a customer over $46. What a horrible and greedy way to treat your customers. I will never spend another dime at this business. This new ownership is clearly not a change for the better."

"I love this UPS store! Twice now I’ve visited since it has been under new ownership and both times the owner was there with her sleeves rolled up providing excellent customer service and support to her staff. Most recently I had a hefty shipping job with multiple packages at once and she and her team member worked together to make short work of it all while also balancing work flow with other incoming customers. I very much appreciate the friendly attitudes all while being efficient and accurate. If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would!"

"Absolutely a wonderful place to have your UPS and Amazon packaging needs taken care of. NEW MANAGEMENT is excellent and professional. She makes sure everyone on her team is on the same page and gives support and guidance where needed. Ensuring the costumers needs are met and the deliveries are made. Haven’t had any trouble with delays or missed shipments going out of this location. If you want hands on attentive care to you package this is the only shop to come to. I’ve had trouble at other locations such as Santa Rosa where they have left-alone employees managing the ins and outs. Further other UPS stores are in remote locations proving to difficult to locate. This UPS store is confidently located right of the freeway exit. Getting in and out is a leisurely affair. All thanks to the manager, haven’t caught her name yet. Regards, Vikram"
