"Horrible Service, My dad went in 3 different times yesterday to send an amazon item back. The two employees there didn't help him and sent him to a different store instead. Claiming they didn't have the correct size box, we put it in a box and they still didn't help him on his second visit. My sister got off work went with him to take the package and they scanned the code and took the package with no issue."

"Wow. Just got a call from these guys. Our elderly friend sent us a package and instead of just letting us pick it up after paying for service here from 2013-2020, they wanted a $20 pickup fee or would return to sender. I told the lady (Stephanie) that it was unfair to a long-term customer, and she said, "well, we're under new management." There is another UPS Store on Calistoga Road and 4th Street that I would highly recommend over this extortion act."

"This is a friendly and well run UPS store. Among other things, we utilized their Notary services which we excellent and reasonably priced The store location is easy to get to and park at. Even though this UPS store is not the closest one to my home, I will be using this as my regular store thanks to the great service received."
