"Worse place to do taxes. Got audited from the IRS and the owner Oralia is unresponsive and unprofessional. Dealing with the Irs myself due to an error from this tax place. Calls,texts and emails have not been responded to by this owner. If they do something wrong on your return forms beware they will not help you deal with the aftermath even though they are the ones who messed up your tax forms."

"Always check with the irs about your refund, irs.gov click "where's my refund". The amount I received did not matched to what the irs had sent me. Apparenty all my money went to sagaz insurance's account, they then deposit me an amount and kept 1200 for them. I called and emailed them to get my money back which I did. But other people may not know that this company is doing this. Be aware double check everything and call the IRS if u need to. The IRS did helped me."
